Laureana Cilento is an Italian municipality with 1,191 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in southwest Italy in the province of Salerno ( Campania region ). The place is located in the west of the Cilento National Park about three kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea. The neighboring communities are Agropoli , Castellabate , Lustra , Perdifumo and Torchiara . Laureana Cilento is part of the National Park Cilento and Vallo di Diano , as well as the Comunità Montana Alento-Monte Stella .
