Roccagloriosa is located south of Salerno and southeast of Vallo della Lucania in the Cilento National Park and Vallo di Diano in the Cilento . The municipality covers an area of 40.56 km² . The place is at an altitude of 430 meters above sea level. The neighboring municipalities are Alfano , Camerota , Celle di Bulgheria , Laurito , Rofrano , San Giovanni a Piro and Torre Orsaia . A district ( frazione ) is Acquavena.
