The list of UEFA Women's Champions League finals contains all the finals since the competition was launched as the UEFA Women's Cup in 2001. The UEFA Women's Champions League is the only European Cup competition in European women's football . The current title holder is Olympique Lyon .

In the first edition , only one final was played, until 2009 the final was decided in a home and away leg. Since the redesign and renaming of the UEFA Women's Champions League competition , only one final has been played again.

Of the 15 finals that have been played so far (up to 2009, the first and second legs together), there have only been three extra times and then a penalty shoot-out , as it was still a draw after extra time.

A final (up to 2009, the first and second leg, considered separately) ended with 2-0, which was the most common result so far, twice there was a 0-0, 1-0, 1: 1, 3: 0 and 3: 2 .

With the exception of the finals in 2003 , 2007 , 2017 and 2019 , all finals have so far taken place with German participation.

Twice in 2006 and 2017 , Turbine Potsdam and 1. FFC Frankfurt and Olympique Lyon and Paris Saint-Germain each faced two clubs from the same country in the final.

Ranking lists of the venues

The most frequent venue with three finals so far has been Gammliavallen in Umeå in Sweden. Frankfurt am Main is the city in which the most took place with four finals. The most frequent host with eight finals so far is Germany, followed by Sweden with five. Up to and including the 2008/09 season, the first and second legs are counted individually. Only those venues are listed in which a final has taken place at least twice.
