The list of anti-refugee attacks in Germany 2016 records attacks and attacks on refugees and refugee shelters in Germany in 2016 in which xenophobic and racist motives are proven or likely. The list is not yet complete. Particularly serious attacks with injured people are highlighted in red.

The court found a clear xenophobia. The accusation of sedition cousins were acquitted for lack of evidence for a "secure conviction". But there remained "reasonable doubts" as to whether the 28-year-old himself posted questionable messages on the Facebook pages of several mosques in which Muslims were described as "scum" who "must be hunted down by all means".
