The list of companies under private law with federal participation in Germany contains the economically active legal entities under private law in which the Federal Republic of Germany is involved. The shares in the company can be held in whole or in part by the federal government. The listed companies are partly affiliated companies within the meaning of § 15 German Stock Corporation Act . Companies through which the federal government is indirectly involved through Deutsche Bahn are not listed . The list is not complete.
