Nocera Umbra is an Italian commune with 5647 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Perugia , in the Umbria region , in central Italy . It is located in the Natural Park of Monte Subasio . The Topino river has its source in the Bagnara district on Monte Pennino .
