Monaco took part in the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro . It was the 20th participation in the Olympic Summer Games.

The Comité Olympique Monégasque nominated three athletes in three sports. Yann Siccardi was the standard bearer at the opening ceremony.
