Pütz is a district of the municipality of Neunkirchen-Seelscheid in the Rhein-Sieg district .

location

Pütz is located in the Kleinesbach Valley on the border with Much . Neighboring towns are Kuhlen in the north, Huven in the east, Oberheister , Heister and Siefen in the south.

history

In 1830 Putzerhof had 17 residents. In 1845 the place had 23 Protestant residents in three houses. In 1888 there were 11 residents in four houses.

In 1901 the homestead had 15 residents. In 1910 the five farming families Heinrich Wirges, Wilhelm Ohligschläger, Heinrich Josef Kreuzer, Franz Kotthäuser and Franz Hebekeuser lived here .

The village belonged to the community of Seelscheid until 1969 .
