Huven is a chapel in the municipality of Much in the Rhein-Sieg district . The place was first mentioned in a document in 1537.

Huven is located on the southern border between Much and Neunkirchen-Seelscheid above the Eschbachtal . Neighboring towns are Bitzen in the north, Pillenhof in the northeast, Hillesheim in the east, Todtenmann and Steinermühle in the south and Stein and Oberheister in the southwest. The place can be reached via the federal highway 56 .

In 1901 the hamlet had 42 inhabitants. These were the households Ackerer Joh. Bonrath, Ackerer Elisabeth Hebekäuser and Ackerin Maria Hebekäuser, Ackerer Eva Maria Knipp, Ackerer Joh. Josef Knipp, Bricklayer August Kühler, Ackerer Joh. Röger and Ackerin widow Johann Stöcker.
The Huvener Mühle no longer exists today.
