In 1910 there was a factory fire brigade here in addition to the two fire departments in Much and Marienfeld , headed by Gustav Söcker from Schönthal . In 1922, a private siding was laid from the Bröltalbahn station in Felderhoferbrücke over four kilometers to the factory.
