Candlestick lies on the slopes of the Bergisches Land . Neighboring towns are Jumping in the north and Siefen in the east. The place can be reached via the state road 312.

Residents

In 1830 candlestick had 18 residents.

In 1901 the hamlet had 17 residents. The families of Ackerin's widow Peter Josef Flüch and the trader Joh. Friedrichs lived here. Milling in the Naafbachtal was stopped in 1927, and in 1979 the mill was demolished.

There is a village community and the associations Kerzenhöhnchener Fründe and the riding club Meteor 1972 .
