Pan American Games 2019 / Athletics - Men's 4 × 100 m

The men's 4 x 100 meter relay at the 2019 Pan American Games took place on August 9 at Villa Deportiva Nacional in the Peruvian capital, Lima .

36 runners from nine countries took part in the run. The relay from Brazil won the gold medal after 38.27 s, silver went to Trinidad and Tobago with 38.46 s and the United States won the bronze medal with 38.79 s.
