Pskowskoje ( Russian Псковское , German  Petzingken, Ksp. Pillkallen , 1938-1945 Hainort , lithuanian Pečinkiai ) is a place in the Russian Kaliningrad region and belongs to the local government unit Stadtkreis Krasnoznamensk in Krasnoznamensky District . The place Pskowskoje, however, is no longer at the local point Petzingen , which is deserted, but about two kilometers further east in a location that belonged to Szameitkehmen / Lindenhaus in German times .

Geographical location

Pskovskoye is located south of the regional road 27A-025 (ex R508 ) and is two kilometers from the former district town of Dobrowolsk (Pillkallen / Schloßberg ) and 20 kilometers from the present day capital of Krasnosnamensk (Lasdehnen / Haselberg) . There is no longer a rail connection since the Tilsit – Stallupönen / Ebenrode railway line and the Pillkaller Kleinbahn network with the respective Dobrowolsk railway station are no longer in operation.

The former Petczingken in the parish of Pillkallen (in contrast to " Petzingken in the parish of Schirwindt / Groß Warningken ") was founded in 1625. Before 1945 the place consisted of several small farms. Between 1874 and 1945 the small village was in the District Henskischken incorporated, which was renamed "District Hensken" in 1939 and the county Pillkallen (1939-1945 "County Schlossberg (Ostpr.)") In the Administrative district Gumbinnen the Prussian province of East Prussia belonged.

In 1910, 78 inhabitants were registered in Petzingken. Their number decreased to 57 by 1933 and amounted to 50 in 1939.

On June 3, 1938 - officially confirmed on July 16 - Petzinken was renamed to "Hainort" for political and ideological reasons in order to avoid foreign-sounding place names. In 1945 the village came to the Soviet Union as a result of the war, together with all of northern East Prussia .

In 1950 the place was given the Russian name "Pskowskoje" and was assigned to the village soviet Dobrowolski selski Sowet in Krasnosnamensk Raion . From 2008 to 2015 Polyanskoye belonged to the rural municipality of Dobrowolskoje selskoje posselenije and since then to the urban district of Krasnosnamensk.
