Oberamt Hoheneck

history
The Oberamt Hoheneck was originally an office of the Burgraviate of Nuremberg .
During the Thirty Years War , the mercenary and military leader Peter Ernst II von Mansfeld settled in the Hoheneck office for several days.

Most recently, the sovereignty ( high court , lower court outside the Etter , church sovereignty , tax sovereignty, etc.) extended to an area that roughly corresponded to the northern part of the Windsheim Regional Court .
