Coat of arms of Wurster North Sea Coast
Blazon : " Split , at the front of the split in gold a half red - armored black eagle , behind over a green shield base , in it an upright golden clover leaf , a silver wave bar , in red a silver fir tree ."
Justification of the coat of arms: The half eagle, which can be found in many Frisian coats of arms, indicates the importance of the free Frisian country sausages. The fir tree as a symbol for wood and forest refers to the place name of the former municipality of Nordholz, which was merged with the joint municipality of Land Wursten to form the new unified municipality. The silver wave bar is intended to indicate the beach and bathing tourism. The golden shamrock in the green shield base symbolizes the fertile marshes in the municipality.
