The Adeccoligaen 2010 was the total of the 48th season of the second highest Norwegian football league and the sixth under the name Adeccoligaen . The season started on April 5, 2010 and ended on November 7, 2010.

Master Sogndal Fotball and the second Sarpsborg 08 FF climbed directly into the Tippeligaen. The teams in places three to five played the fourth climber with the fourteenth of the Tippeligaen 2010 .

Four teams had to leave the league: Follo Fotball , Tromsdalen UIL and Moss FK were relegated to the fair play league. Lyn Oslo was moved to the seventh division after bankruptcy.
