The OBOS-ligaen 2019 was the 57th season of the second highest Norwegian football league and the fifth under the name OBOS-ligaen . It started on March 30, 2019 and ended on November 9, 2019.

mode

The 16 teams played against each other twice on 30 match days, divided into a first half and a second half. The champion and the runner-up went straight to the elite series. The winner of the promotion round still had the chance to advance against the 14th of the elite series. The last two teams were relegated directly to the PostNord-Ligaen , the third from last had to go into relegation against relegation.
