The OBOS-ligaen 2018 was the 56th overall playing time of the second highest Norwegian football league and the fourth under the name OBOS-ligaen . It started on April 2, 2018 and ended on November 11, 2018.

mode

The 16 teams played against each other twice on 30 match days, divided into a first and a second round. The champion and the runner-up went straight to the elite series. The winner of the promotion round still had the chance to advance against the 14th of the elite series. The last two teams were relegated directly to the PostNord-Liga , the third from bottom had to go into relegation against relegation.
