Beaussais-sur-Mer is a French commune with 3532 inhabitants (as of 2016) in the Côtes-d'Armor department in the Bretagne region . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Dinan and the canton of Pleslin-Trigavou . The residents call themselves Beaussaisiens.

Beaussais-sur-Mer was created as Commune nouvelle with effect from January 1, 2017, when the previous municipalities of Plessix-Balisson , Trégon and Ploubalay were merged by a decree of August 30, 2016. The latter of these Communes deleguées has since been the main town (chief lieu).
