Model description
The four-door vehicle was designed in the style of a Coupé de Ville (French for "city car"; English: Town Car): the chauffeur sat outside, while the passenger compartment was provided with a fixed roof. The roof was covered with leather and gave the impression of a landau ; in fact it was firm and could not be folded down. At the front, the Eldorado Brougham Town Car had a wide, trapezoidal radiator grille that was delimited by the upturned, inner ends of the bumper stub. At their end, the stubs had large, rocket-shaped bumper horns. The car was equipped with twin headlights. The enormous tail fins were pointed. The rear doors were hinged at the back (so-called suicide door ).
The entire body was made of fiberglass . The passenger compartment in black and gold-colored tones. In the partition to the driver there was an intercom, air conditioning, a toilet bag, a cigar humidor and a thermos with glasses.
