The Cadillac Starlight was a concept car that the Cadillac -Division of General Motors at the Paris Motor Show presented in October 1959th

The Italian body builder Pininfarina made a coupé for Cadillac that looked very similar to the Skylight coupé of the previous year. Together, the vehicles had the simple design. The radiator grille with thin, horizontal chrome bars extended over the entire width of the vehicle and also reached around the corners of the vehicle. Above it sat double headlights, under which rectangular indicators were embedded in the radiator grille. The front and rear of the vehicle were inclined forward, but the tail fins were significantly smaller than on the Skylight. The spoked wheels carried whitewall tires .

The special feature of the Starlight was the coupe roof made of Plexiglas , which could be covered from the inside with four metal plates. If this cover was not wanted, the four parts could be stored individually behind the parcel shelf.
