The Cadillac Series 67 was a 1941/42 model offered by the US automobile manufacturer General Motors under the Cadillac brand .

Model history

In the 1941 model year, the Cadillac range was divided into the Series 60S (Sixty Special), 61, 62, 63 and 67 and the Series 75.

The Series 67 was new to the range. It was the successor to the Series 72 , which had the longest wheelbase in the entire Cadillac range (139 inches = 353 cm). Like all Cadillac models of the time, the 67 was powered by a 5.7-liter V8 with upright valves and 150 hp. A five-seater sedan with or without a partition and a seven-seater as a regular Touring Sedan or a better equipped Imperial Touring Sedan were offered. The bodies of the 67 were all from Fisher Bodies , while in the case of the Series 75 they were made by the more prestigious Fleetwood Metal Body Co .; this enabled the 67 to undercut the 75 by around $ 500.

When Cadillac resumed car production in May 1946 after the end of the war, the 67 was not continued.

Made from late 1940 to February 1942, a total of 1,622 copies of the 67.
