The Cadillac XT6 (short for Crossover Touring 6 ) is a sport utility vehicle from Cadillac that between the XT5 and the Escalade is positioned.
history
The XT6 was unveiled at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit in January 2019 . The six-seater vehicle has been on sale in North America and China since summer 2019 and in Russia from the end of 2019. It is still unclear whether it will be marketed in Central Europe.
The SUV is produced in Spring Hill (Tennessee) by General Motors and in Shanghai by SAIC General Motors .
Equipment lines
The XT6 will be offered in the home market in the equipment lines Premium Luxury and Sport .
Technical specifications
In North America, the SUV is powered by the 3.6-liter gasoline engine with 231 kW (314 hp) familiar from the XT5 . The XT6 has front- wheel drive as standard, all-wheel drive is available at an additional cost . The XT6 always has a nine- speed automatic transmission . For the Chinese market, only the two-liter gasoline engine with turbocharger known from the XT4 is available.
