The Categoría Primera B 2010 , named after a sponsor Torneo Postobón , was the twenty-first season of the second Colombian division in men's football , which consisted of a league phase and a final round. It started on February 6, 2010 and ended on December 15. Last year's champion was Cortuluá . Relegated from the first division was Deportivo Pasto .
Initially, all 18 teams played against each other twice in league mode, and there were also two game days with Clásicos , on which games with a derby character were played. The first eight teams qualified for the final round, which consisted of two groups of four teams each.
The two group winners played a master who rose straight away. The runner-up played a relegation against the penultimate in the first division. There was no relegation from the second division.

The following clubs took part in the 2010 season. Deportes Palmira moved to Buenaventura and changed its name to Pacífico FC . Atlético Juventud Soacha moved from Soacha to Girardot and was renamed Atlético Juventud Girardot.
