Dobrná ( German Hochdobern or just Dobern ) is a place in the north of the Czech Republic near the city of Děčín .

Geographical location
The village is located in the valley of the Dobrnský potok (Doberner Bach) between the mountains Dobrná ( Dobernberg , 535 m) and Sokolí vrch ( Falkenberg , 506 m) about 6 km east of the city center of Děčín.
Community structure
The municipality Dobrná consists of the districts Dobrná (Hochdobern) and Brložec (Parlosa) , which also form cadastral districts.
Culture and sights
Worth seeing are the one-story timbered houses with bricked ground floor, which are typical of the area and the street village Dobrná, as well as the chapel of St. John of Nepomuk (Chapel of Sv. Jana Nepomuckého) in the center of the village.
A telecommunications tower has been located on Sokolí vrch ( Falkenberg , 506 m) since 2004, which can also be used as a lookout tower. The 51-meter-high tower offers a comprehensive panoramic view of the city of Děčín and the mountains of the Ore Mountains (Krušné hory), the Elbe Sandstone Mountains (Labské pískovce), the Lusatian Mountains (Lužické hory) and the Bohemian Central Mountains (České středohoří).
