Jetřichovice (German: Dittersbach ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic near the city of Děčín .

Geographical location
Jetřichovice is located in the northeast of the Czech Republic near the German border in Bohemian Switzerland .
Community structure
The community Jetřichovice consists of the districts Jetřichovice ( Dittersbach ), Rynartice ( Rennersdorf ), Všemily ( Schemmel ) and Vysoká Lípa ( Hohenleipa ), which also form cadastral districts. Basic settlement units are Jetřichovice, Na Tokáni ( Balzhütte ), Rynartice, Všemily and Vysoká Lípa. Jetřichovice also includes the abandoned place Zadní Jetřichovice ( Hinterdittersbach ) and the also no longer existing single layer Křinice ( Kirnscht ).

history
The place emerged as a settlement towards the end of the 14th century ( first mentioned in 1387 ) in the course of the expansion of the old Böhmerstrasse, a trade route into Lusatia . The place has an old tradition of glass blowing , which can still be seen today in show workshops. The old Bohemian Glass Route started here.
Culture and sights
In addition to some preserved half- timbered houses, the baroque church from 1752 is worth seeing . In the center of the village, near the baroque church, there is a column from 1814 that is well worth seeing, donated by the merchant and bachelor Franz Michel. Opposite was the Michelhof, which also housed a restaurant.

Economy and Infrastructure
Jetřichovice is a well-known tourist destination, especially for cyclists, hikers and climbers. Not far from the village are the Marienfels , the Wilhelminenwand , the Paulinengrund , the Rudolfstein and the Felsenburg Falkenstein in the so-called Dittersbacher Schweiz .
