The Diamond Nine / Dynamic Bosnia & Herzegovina Open 2013 was the 125th tournament in the Euro-Tour pool billiards tournament series . They were played from August 15 to 17, 2013 in Sarajevo in the 10-ball discipline .

The winner was the Pole Mateusz Śniegocki , who won the final against his compatriot Tomasz Kapłan 8: 4.

Final round

From the sixteenth finals, the games were played in the knockout system . The 32 participants in these rounds were determined in a double knockout system .
