The First Division 1932/33 was the 22nd season in the history of the highest Maltese football league . The champions were the Sliema Wanderers for the sixth time , who were able to prevail in the decider against Hibernians Paola without a fight .

Compared to the previous season , Sliema Hotspurs and champions Valletta United did not participate. The Sliema Rangers took part after a two-year hiatus, Hibernians Paola took part for the first time.

mode

The season was played in a simple round. There were two points for a win, one point for a draw and no point for a loss. If there was a tie, a playoff was played for the championship.
