Viktor Ivanovich Kosichkin ( Russian Виктор Иванович Косичкин ; born February 25, 1938 in Moschki ; † March 30, 2012 in Moscow ) was a Russian speed skater who started for the Soviet Union .

Kosichkin was all-around world champion in Moscow in 1962 . In 1961 and 1964 he won silver at the world championships.

At the 1960 Olympic Games in Squaw Valley , he won the gold medal over 5000 meters ahead of Knut Johannesen on his 22nd birthday . Two days later, the order was reversed over 10,000 meters and Kosichkin won the silver medal.
