Lamelouze is a French commune with 139 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Gard department in the Occitanie region (before 2016: Languedoc-Roussillon ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Alès and is part of the canton of La Grand-Combe . The inhabitants are called Lamelouziens .

Lamelouze is about twelve kilometers northwest of Alès . Lamelouze is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Branoux-les-Taillades in the north, Les Salles-du-Gardon in the east, Soustelle in the southeast, Saint-Martin-de-Boubaux in the south and west and Le Collet-de-Dèze in the north-west.
