Servas ( Occitan : Servaç ) is a French commune with 209 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Gard department in the Occitanie region . The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement of Alès and is part of the canton of Alès-2 . The inhabitants are called Servasia .

geography

Servas is about nine kilometers northeast of Alès in the Cevennes . Servas is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Rousson in the north and northwest, Allègre-les-Fumades in the northeast, Navacelles in the east, Les Plans in the southeast, Mons in the south and Salindres in the west.
