The women's 4 x 400 meter relay at the 1995 World Athletics Championships was held on August 12 and 13, 1995 in Gothenburg's Ullevi Stadium .

The United States became world champions in the line-up of Kim Graham , Rochelle Stevens , Camara Jones and Jearl Miles (final) as well as Nicole Green, who was also used in the preliminary stages .
Second place went to Russia with Tatiana Tschebykina , Swetlana Goncharenko , Julija Sotnikowa (final) and Jelena Andrejewa as well as Tatiana Sakharova, who was also used in the preliminary run .
Bronze went to Australia ( Lee Naylor , Renée Poetschka , Melinda Gainsford-Taylor , Cathy Freeman ).

The runners who were only used in the preliminary run also received the corresponding precious metal.
