The men's 4 x 400 meter relay at the 1995 World Athletics Championships was held on August 12 and 13, 1995 in Gothenburg's Ullevi Stadium .

The United States became world champions with the line-up of Marlon Ramsey , Derek Mills , Harry Reynolds (final) and Michael Johnson (final) as well as Kevin Lyles and Darnell Hall, who were also used in the preliminary run .
Second place went to Jamaica with Michael McDonald , Davian Clarke , Danny McFarlane and Gregory Haughton (final) as well as Dennis Blake, who was also used in the preliminary run .
Bronze went to Nigeria ( Udeme Ekpeyong , Kunle Adejuyigbe , Jude Monye , Sunday Bada ).

The runners only used in the run-up were given corresponding precious metal.
