The marathon men at the 1995 World Championships in Athletics was in the streets of the August 12, 1995 Swedish city of Gothenburg held.

World champion was the reigning European champion Martín Fiz from Spain . He won in front of the Mexican Dionicio Cerón . Bronze went to the Brazilian Luíz Antônio dos Santos .
