Liebersdorf is a district of the market Bechhofen in the district of Ansbach in Middle Franconia ( Bavaria ).

geography

The village is located on Moosklingengraben, the left upper reaches of the Roßbachgraben, which flows into the Altmühl from the right in the neighboring village of Großenried . To the east the terrain slopes slightly and consists of arable land and grassland. The corridor areas are called Moosklinge and Im Gottendorf. At the same height are the Schneidacker in the northwest and the Stockäcker in the northeast. The Upper Neuholz borders in the southwest. There the Muckenbühl rises ( 458  m above sea level ). In the south lies the Neuholz. This is where the Holzwiesengraben rises, one kilometer east of Großenried, which flows into the Altmühl as a right tributary.

A community road leads to Bechhofen to the district road AN 56 (2.7 km south) or to Thann to the AN 55 (2.2 km north). Further communal roads lead to Sachsbach to the AN 54 (2 km west) and to Großenried to the AN 56 (2 km east).

history

Liebersdorf was partly in the Fraisch district of the Ansbach Oberamt Feuchtwangen , partly in the Fraisch district of the Eichstätt Oberamt Wahrberg-Herrieden . In 1732 the place consisted of 15 properties (Feuchtwangen: 4 courtyards, 7 half-courtyards; Wahrberg-Herrieden: 2 courtyards, 1 half-courtyard, 1 small estate with baking rights and cone management). There was also a communal shepherd's house. The Herrieden caste office was entitled to rule over the village and the community and to rule over all properties . Nothing in these conditions changed until the end of the Old Kingdom . From 1797 to 1808 the place was subordinate to the Justice and Chamber Office Feuchtwangen .

In 1806 Liebersdorf came to the Kingdom of Bavaria . With the Gemeindeedikt (early 19th century) Dear village was the control district Großenried assigned. A little later the rural community of Liebersdorf was formed. It was subject to the Herrieden district court in terms of administration and jurisdiction . The municipality had an area of 4,701 km². As part of the regional reform in Bavaria , the community was incorporated into Bechhofen on January 1, 1971.
