This list of members of the Salzburg state parliament (13th legislative period) (as of October 8, 2008) lists all former and active members of the Salzburg state parliament in the 13th legislative period (from 2004 to 2009). The first session of the Salzburg State Parliament in this period took place on April 28, 2004.
The distribution of the mandates after the state elections in Salzburg 2004 is: SPÖ 17, ÖVP 14, FPÖ 3, Greens 2. Due to the small number of MPs, the Green MPs cannot form their own club, but only their own parliamentary group in the Salzburg State Parliament.
