This complex, which is visible from afar and in an exposed urban area, was built by Rudolf Perco in 1930–1933 . After the Sandleitenhof, it is the second largest community building of the interwar period. Here, especially in the construction of the gate with its pylon-like residential towers, the highest monumentality is achieved while at the same time the greatest possible reduction of the facade details is achieved. The asymmetrical clock tower sets a counterpoint to this.
