NGC 7757 = Arp 68 is a spiral galaxy of the Hubble type SA (rs) c in the constellation Pisces on the ecliptic . It is estimated to be 138 million light years away from the Milky Way and about 95,000 light years in diameter.
In the same area of the sky is u. a. the galaxy NGC 7750 .
Halton Arp organized his catalog of unusual galaxies into groups according to purely morphological criteria. This galaxy belongs to the class spiral galaxies with a small companion of high surface brightness on one arm (Arp catalog) .
The object was discovered by John Herschel on September 24, 1830 .
