NGC 7813 = IC 5384 is a spiral galaxy of the Hubble type Sb in the constellation Whale south of the celestial equator . It is estimated to be 411 million light years from the Milky Way and about 95,000 light years across . In the same area of the sky is u. a. the galaxy IC 1529 .
The property was discovered by Frank Muller in 1886 .
