The NIFL Premiership 2016/17 (also Danske Bank Premiership after the league sponsor Danske Bank ) was the ninth season of the highest Northern Irish football league since the reorganization of the league and the 116th season overall. The season started on August 6, 2016 and ended in May 2017.
