The Switzerland took part in the 1988 Winter Olympics in Canadian Calgary in part with a delegation of 70 athletes.

Flag bearer

The skier Michela Figini wore the flag of Switzerland during the opening ceremony, at the closing ceremony it was carried by the Nordic combined skier Hippolyt Kempf .
