The West Region is one of the five regions of the United States that sent participants to the Junior League Baseball World Series . The West region has been participating in this tournament since 1981.

Until 2001 the region was divided into four divisions. The winners of each division played for the starting place at the Junior League World Series. Since 2002 all assigned states have been playing in a joint tournament for the starting place.
