Saint-Bazile-de-Meyssac ( Occitan Sent Mauvire ) is a French commune of 130 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine in Correze on the western edge of the Massif Central . The inhabitants call themselves Bazilois (es).

Tulle , the prefecture of the department, is about 30 kilometers north, Brive-la-Gaillarde about 26 kilometers northwest and Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne about 15 kilometers southeast.
