Troche ( Occitan Trocha ) is a French commune in the Corrèze department on the western edge of the Massif Central . The inhabitants call themselves Trochois , plural Trochoises .

geography

Tulle , the prefecture of the department, is about 40 kilometers southeast, Brive-la-Gaillarde about 35 kilometers slightly southeast and Uzerche about 17 kilometers northeast. The municipality is bounded to the east and south-east by the Loyre , a tributary of the Vézère .
