It belongs to the Gard department , the Le Vigan arrondissement and the Quissac canton . It borders Vabres to the west, Thoiras to the north, Anduze (point of contact) to the northeast, Tornac to the east, Durfort-et-Saint-Martin-de-Sossenac to the southeast, Fressac to the south and Monoblet to the southwest .
