Shia LaBeouf

Shia Saide LaBeouf [ ˈʃaɪ.ə ləˈbʌf ] (born June 11, 1986 in Los Angeles ) is an American actor , short film director and performance artist .
life and career
Shia LaBeouf is the son of Jeffrey Craig and Shayna LaBeouf, née Saide. His mother is a dancer, ballerina and visual artist. His father is a Cajun , a veteran of the Vietnam War and had many different professions. LaBeouf even had a Bar Mitzvah , but also received the Angelus Temple his Los Angeles baptism . During his childhood, he accompanied his father to Alcoholics Anonymous meetings . His parents divorced.
LaBeouf has been familiar with the film industry since childhood, and he had his first engagements in smaller film projects at an early age. He became known for the lead role in the Disney Channel children's series Even Stevens (2000-2003), for which he received a Daytime Emmy Award in 2003 . In 2003 he starred as Max Petroni in the action film Charlie's Angels - Full Throttle alongside Cameron Diaz , Drew Barrymore and Lucy Liu . In 2005 he took on the role of Asbel in the English version of Nausicaä from the Valley of the Winds . He had his first major leading roles in 2007 with the mixture of thriller and youth drama in Disturbia and the action film Transformers , for which he received several awards. LaBeouf was recommended to director Michael Bay by Steven Spielberg at the time and was awarded the contract to portray the young lead actor. Because of its benefits Spielberg chose him for a role in the fourth installment of the Indiana Jones series , Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull , from. In 2010 he was next to Michael Douglas in Wall Street: Money does not sleep in the cinema.
In 2012, LaBeouf announced that he would turn to independent films in the future and starred in John Hillcoat's Lawless , the music video Fjögur Píanó by Sigur Rós and in Robert Redford's The Company You Keep - The Grant Files . In Sia's music video Elastic Heart from 2015, he can be seen dancing with Maddie Ziegler .
Since 2004 LaBeouf has also worked as a screenwriter and director of short films. With #ALLMYMOVIES and #TAKEMEANYWHERE he was also involved as a director on two documentaries. The autobiographical film Honey Boy from 2019 was his first feature film as a screenwriter, and he also took on a leading role.
The first name Shia comes from Hebrew and means gift from God .
On October 10, 2016, Las Vegas LaBeouf streamed a wedding ceremony with British model and actress Mia Goth . It is unclear whether it was a real wedding or a joke.
LaBeouf did not have a permanent voice actor until 2007. Since the film Disturbia he has been dubbed by David Turba throughout . In the series Eben ein Stevens he was voiced by Johannes Wolko .
