The Slovenska Nogometna Liga 2003/04 , also called Liga Si.mobil Vodafone after the sponsor, was the 13th season of the top Slovenian league in men's football . It began on July 20, 2003 and ended on May 30, 2004. The defending champion was NK Maribor .

mode

In contrast to previous seasons, the season was carried out in a two-stage format. Each team competed against each other twice in regular time; once at home and once away. After this phase, the six best teams qualified for the championship round, the bottom six played off two relegated teams.
