history

The first written mention of Talina was in a document of King Wenceslas I from April 6, 1253, in which the fortress and the Talův dvůr court were owned by the Knights of the Cross with the Red Star . Until the 14th century, Talina belonged to the Lords of the Cross, together with Selibov and Maletice. Thereafter the owners changed several times, to them belonged the royal city Písek and the dominion Frauenberg . The oldest news about the Tálínský rybník is found in 1515 in a comparison between Ondřej Sedlecký from Talina and the Protivín subjects from Žďár. Under the Schwarzenberg princes, Talina was separated from Frauenberg in 1711 and assigned to the closer Protivín dominion . On the salt road in the northern part of the village was the Na spáleništi stretch . In 1840 Talin consisted of 44 houses with 319 inhabitants. In the place existed a farm, a sheep farm and an inn. The Dominican settlement Kukle, consisting of nine houses, belonged to Talin . The parish was Mischenetz ( Myšenec ). Until the middle of the 19th century, the village always remained subject to the allodial rule Protivin, including the Fideikommissgut Radomielitz.

After the abolition of patrimonial formed Talina / Talin 1850 a district of the municipality Myšenec / mixer network in the district administration and the judicial district Písek Vodňany . On September 29, 1881, Talina was transferred from the municipality of Myšenec to Paseka and transferred to the judicial district of Písek. Talina broke away from Paseka in 1907 and formed its own community. The official place name Tálín has been used since 1924. In 1930 the district road between Nový Dvůr and Albrechtice nad Vltavou was built . In 1961 Paseky was incorporated with Nuzov and Kukle, and on January 1, 1976, Žďár was also incorporated. After a referendum, Žďár and Paseky and Nuzov broke away from Tálín on November 24, 1990 and formed their own communities.
