Ormea ( Piedmontese ORMEA , Ligurian ORMEA ) in the upper Tanaro is a municipality with a population of 1,557 (December 31, 2019) in the Italian province of Cuneo (CN), Region Piedmont .

The municipality consists of the districts Viozene, Chionea and Ponte di Nava. The patron saint of the place is San Martino .
