As in the previous season, the league was played in two groups. Since in the previous season the ČSK íčany had prevailed in the playoff for the 1st league promotion against SK Slavia Prague with 4: 2, the number of participants in group A was again adjusted to the number of group B (six teams). Since each team played against each group opponent once, the total number of games per team in the main round was five games. The two group winners qualified for the final for the championship title. Since the league dissolved the division into groups in the following year, the last two of each group were relegated in order to continue playing a simple round with eight teams.
In the final, the winner of the A group, LTC Prague, prevailed with two clear victories against city neighbor I. ČLTK Prague. The top scorer in the league was Vladimír Kobranov from I. ČLTK Prague, who scored 20 goals in a total of six games of his team.
